    How do I claim warranty or technical support?

    To claim warranty, simply bring your product along with the purchase invoice or intact warranty sticker to our Head Office (Minita Plaza, New Elephant Road) or our IDB Bhaban branch. If you are located outside Dhaka, you can safely send the item to our Head Office via courier.
